SNO-CAT TRIP

$32 covers a roundtrip ride into and out of camp from the Ray Benson Sno-Park. Ride in the trailer or hop on an inner-tube with friends! You'll choose one time IN and one time OUT.

OUT: Monday at 12pm

FOOD

This flat fee covers all the meals from Friday night through Monday morning.

LODGING

Prepare to provide a first and second preference for lodging. We do our best to accommodate everyone's first choice, while working to keep costs low and adapt to the unique lodging arrangements of camp. 
Cabin: Individual

Lodging with others in a bunk-style space. We will have one space for men and one space for women. Bathrooms nearby.
Cabin Room: up to 6 people

One room that sleeps up to 6 people. It is connected by a large opening to a room where others will be sleeping. Bathrooms nearby.

Cabin Level: Up to 14 people

One entire level of a cabin (20x24 feet) in a vaulted, open sleeping space for up to 14 people. Bathrooms nearby.
Director's Cabin Room A: up to 4 people

A room above the bathhouse that sleeps up to 4 people.

A large room above the bathhouse that sleeps up to 10 people.

Headquarters

These rooms accommodate 2 ($190) or 3 ($285) people in the level above the kitchen and main gathering space. Men's and women's bathrooms (toilets and showers) are available in the building.
Private Apartment

Lakeside apartment includes a kitchenette and private bathroom/shower. Sleeps up to 4 people.

THINGS TO NOTE

  • Add up the totals in each of the three categories for each person your group to find out your total cost.

  • When you fill out the form at the bottom of this page, we will generate an invoice for you that you can pay digitally or by cash or check. 
  • If the cost would keep you from attending, please let us know. We have financial help available.
  • Your place at the camp is not confirmed until your payment is received.
  • See below about the required parking pass that needs to be purchased ahead of time.

Parking

Drive to Ray Benson Sno-Park (permit required) to park and unload your luggage onto the trailer for a trip into camp. Plan to arrive to Ray Benson Sno-Park 1 hour before the Sno-Cat departure so there is time to unload, gather the group, and leave on time.
