You have the privilege of making first impressions for Christ and for the Pleasant Valley Church family. Thank you for serving in this vital ministry! You set the tone for people's experience at church that day, and have the opportunity to welcome them into a heavenly atmosphere. Each person who comes through our doors was brought there by God's providence. Thank you for listening to the Spirit as you stand at the door and welcome our guests and members.

One suggestion was to have a perennial resource (like a pamphlet, perhaps) available to newcomers to acquaint them with our church's basic info and culture.
